IMPLEMENTATION AND TRAININGImplementing is simple but our decades of experience suggests that the total cost of ownership is significantly lowered when the superusers are adequately trained. We can provide both online and onsite training to all customers which can be further supported by additional training resources such as documentation and videos. Familiarization and refresher training courses can also be delivered to existing or new users.
PROJECT MANAGEMENTBasic to advanced level of project management methodology can be provided depending on the size of the implementation e.g. a small facility will need minimum PM resources.
